I have spent the past 15 years working at the intersection of organizational learning, participatory methodology and change leadership.
One of the things that I love most about this work is the variety. I have facilitated community-based strategic planning conversations in remote villages and corporate learning events in hotel ballrooms. My work has taken me to Albania, Australia, Ethiopia, Georgia, Kenya, Kosovo, Madagascar, Papua New Guinea, Thailand, Timor-Leste, the United States, Vanuatu, and Zimbabwe. I currently live in the United Kingdom.
